A free wellness-oriented program to help women who have completed breast cancer treatment bridge their transition and live life to the fullest.

DETAILS

• Classes are held quarterly on Tuesday evenings for 8 weeks.
• The program offers information, encouragement and practical
  skill-building activities to help women be their best.
• Topics include exercise, nutrition, stress management, sexuality, beauty and fun!
• Your “new normal” can be better than you imagine!
